Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of wed.photo, including the website, host dashboard, and guest upload pages. By creating an album, uploading content, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

wed.photo provides wedding and event photo-sharing albums, QR code guest upload flows, slideshow views, storage, and download tools for couples and event hosts. Features, limits, and availability may vary by plan and may change over time as we improve the service.

We send account and album notices and provide email updates, reminders, tips and offers. You can manage optional emails in account Settings, pause reminders for an album, or unsubscribe using the link in an email. Our Privacy Policy explains these communications and the information we use. Accepting these Terms does not constitute affirmative marketing consent where required.

To host an album you create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

As an album host, you are responsible for:

• the album links and QR codes you share, and who you share them with;
• the content collected in your album and the guests or co-hosts you invite;
• having the appropriate rights and permissions for how the album is used;
• complying with applicable laws, including around privacy and the images of others.

Guests can upload photos and videos to an album without an account. If you upload content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant wed.photo and the album's host the permissions needed to store, process, display, and provide downloads of that content as part of the service.

You agree not to use wed.photo to upload, share, or do anything that:

• is unlawful, infringing, abusive, harassing, or harmful;
• contains malware or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• violates the privacy or rights of others;
• misuses the service in a way that overloads or interferes with its operation.

We may remove content and limit or suspend access to protect the service, couples, guests, or infrastructure.

Some features require a paid plan. Plans may include upload limits, storage windows, and optional add-ons, and are presented as one-time purchases per album unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown in USD.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If something isn't right with your purchase, contact us through our contact page and we'll work with you in good faith to make it fair.

Albums are stored for the storage window included with your plan, which you can extend at any time. We'll remind you before a window ends so you can download your content or extend. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may perform maintenance from time to time.

The wed.photo name, brand, website, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our branding or software beyond using the service as intended.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be error-free or that content will always be available — please keep your own copies of important photos.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wed.photo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the album giving rise to the claim.

You can stop using the service and delete your albums at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service and its users. Some sections — such as content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply after your use ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
